Responsibilities

  • Respond to developer support requests with accurate, helpful answers
  • Diagnose integration issues by reading code and logs
  • Escalate complex issues to engineering with clear reproduction steps
  • Maintain and improve the support knowledge base
  • Identify patterns in support requests and surface to product
