We need visibility into everything: API latency, transaction success rates, escrow state, error rates, and third-party dependencies. You'll build out our observability stack — dashboards, alerts, traces, and structured logging — so the team always knows what's happening in production and can diagnose issues fast.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement monitoring dashboards for key platform metrics
  • Build alerting rules that fire on real problems, not noise
  • Set up distributed tracing across API and background job flows
  • Implement structured logging standards across the codebase
  • Create SLO/SLA tracking and reporting
  • Run post-incident reviews and improve detection coverage
